Shipping Time

Return Request Period

  • If the product is defective, damaged or wrong after receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product .

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances:

Return Procedure

Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or the wrong product is sent, the return shipping fee will be borne by our store.

  • If the return or exchange is for personal reasons, the shipping fee must be paid by the buyer.


If the return is due to product defect or our mistake, we cover the shipping fee.

For personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
