退換貨政策

出貨時間 / Shipping Time

 

  • 所有訂單皆於下單後立即出貨，3 天內送達（視地區物流狀況而定）。

  • Once an order is placed, we ship immediately. Delivery typically arrives within 3 days, depending on local logistics.

 

 

 

退換貨申請時限 / Return Request Period

 

  • 若收到商品後有瑕疵、破損或錯誤，請於 收到商品 7 天內 聯繫我們。

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

 

 

不可退換情況 / Non-Returnable Items

以下情況恕不接受退換：

 

  1. 商品已使用或包裝損壞者

  2. 非產品瑕疵、個人主觀原因（例如不喜歡、尺寸不合）

  3. 超過 7 天申請期限

 


We cannot accept returns under these circumstances:

 

  1. Item has been used or packaging damaged

  2. Personal reasons such as dislike or wrong size (non-defective)

  3. Return requested after 7 days

 

 

 

退貨流程 / Return Procedure

 

  1. 聯絡客服（Email: solallctw@gmail.com / WhatsApp: +886 922 953 679）說明原因並附上照片。

  2. 經確認後，我們將提供退貨地址。

  3. 收回商品後，7 個工作日內完成退款或換貨。

  4. Contact customer service via Email or WhatsApp with description and photos.

  5. We’ll confirm and provide the return address.

  6. Refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

 

 

運費責任 / Shipping Costs

 

  • 若因產品瑕疵或寄錯貨，退換運費由本店承擔。

  • 若為個人原因退換貨，運費需由買家自付。

 


If the return is due to product defect or our mistake, we cover the shipping fee.

For personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
